Dynamic Innovations Limited is expanding, and we are urgently seeking a highly skilled Facilities Admin Manager to join our team in Cebu City. As the Facilities Admin Manager, you will play an integral part in the development and maintenance of our existing facility, ensuring a safe, efficient, and productive work environment for all employees. We are looking for a proactive leader who can manage vendor relationships, oversee maintenance schedules, and optimize our facility operations. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the facility to ensure a safe and functional workspace.
  • Manage and negotiate contracts with external vendors for cleaning, security, and maintenance services.
  • Coordinate the procurement of office supplies, equipment, and furniture while maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Develop and implement facility policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
  • Supervise and mentor administrative staff to ensure high performance and adherence to protocols.
  • Prepare monthly reports on facility costs, maintenance schedules, and operational status.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in facilities administration or a similar managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of facility management systems, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead a team.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
