Are you an organized professional with a passion for creative environments? Lemon Sky Animation Sdn Bhd is looking for a proactive Facilities & Administration Assistant to join our vibrant studio in Shah Alam. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that our world-class animation studio runs seamlessly and efficiently.

As our Facilities & Administration Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and collaborative workspace for our team of talented artists and creators. You will handle a diverse range of responsibilities, from office maintenance coordination to administrative support, providing you with a unique opportunity to grow your operational skills within the fast-paced animation and creative industry.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Monitor and maintain general studio cleanliness and workspace organization to ensure a conducive environment.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for routine facility maintenance, repairs, and office improvements.
  • Assist in managing office supplies inventory, including procurement and replenishment of essential stationery and pantry items.
  • Support the HR and Admin team with daily administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and data entry.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence, including couriers and postage services.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and internal gatherings as required.
  • Ensure all health and safety protocols are strictly followed within the studio premises.

Kualifikasi

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in office administration or facilities support.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and proactively identify areas for improvement.
  • Experience working in a creative or media studio environment is considered a significant advantage.
