Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily facility operations including maintenance, repairs, and security protocols
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for service delivery and quality assurance
- Oversee health and safety compliance and implement emergency response procedures
- Prepare and monitor facility budgets, controlling operational expenses
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure optimal facility conditions
- Manage administrative tasks such as documentation, reporting, and record keeping
- Support sustainability initiatives and energy conservation programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in facilities administration or similar role
- Proficiency in facility management software and MS Office applications
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Certification in facility management (e.g., CFM) is advantageous
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
