In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our office, ensuring that our daily operations run smoothly while providing high-level administrative support to our internal teams and clients.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment, balancing front-desk professionalism with the practical demands of facilities management. You will act as the primary point of contact for external vendors and internal staff, maintaining an organized, welcoming, and efficient workspace that aligns with our company culture.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the reception desk, serving as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and deliveries.
  • Oversee daily facilities operations to ensure office equipment and amenities are fully functional.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and building management for maintenance and repairs.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general administrative inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
  • Support office security protocols, including visitor registration and badge management.
  • Assist in the procurement of office supplies, pantry management, and workstation setups.
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support for meetings, events, and internal projects as required.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in front office, reception, or office administration roles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands in a high-traffic environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
