Integrated Computer Systems Inc, a leading provider in the IT solutions industry, is currently looking for a highly organized and proactive Facilities Assistant to join our operations team in Greenhills, Metro Manila. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our office environment remains safe, clean, and conducive to productivity.
As a Facilities Assistant, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our office facilities. You will coordinate maintenance and repair activities, manage external vendors, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Your keen attention to detail will help us maintain an efficient and welcoming workspace for all employees.
Key aspects of the role include performing regular facility inspections, handling work order requests, overseeing the cleanliness of the premises, managing inventory of supplies and equipment, and assisting with office space planning and reconfigurations. You will also be the point of contact for any facility-related emergencies, ensuring swift resolution to minimize disruptions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and execute day-to-day facility maintenance tasks, including repairs, cleaning, and inspections.
- Manage vendor relationships and schedule service calls for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems.
- Assist in space planning, office relocations, and furniture arrangements to optimize workspace utilization.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies, cleaning materials, and equipment.
- Respond promptly to facility-related requests from employees, ensuring timely resolution.
- Supervise janitorial staff and ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Assist in the implementation of health and safety protocols and conduct regular safety audits.
- Support event setup and breakdown for meetings, training sessions, and company activities.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in facilities management, maintenance, or administrative support.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of basic building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) is a plus.
- Flexibility to handle occasional after-hours emergencies or events.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in facility management is an advantage.
