Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily facility operations to ensure a safe, clean, and productive work environment.
- Manage maintenance schedules for office equipment, HVAC systems, and building infrastructure.
- Supervise third-party vendors, including janitorial, security, and maintenance contractors.
- Implement and monitor workplace safety protocols, ensuring full compliance with local regulations and internal standards.
- Manage office supply inventory, procurement requests, and administrative record-keeping.
- Assist in office space planning, workstation allocation, and internal move management.
- Coordinate with IT and building management to resolve facility-related issues promptly.
- Prepare regular reports on facility utilization, maintenance costs, and administrative KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facilities management, administration, or office operations.
- Strong knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards.
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
- Availability to work flexible hours as required by operational needs.
