Tanggung Jawab

  • Perform routine inspections of office facilities, utilities, and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
  • Coordinate with building management, external contractors, and maintenance technicians for timely repairs.
  • Manage the inventory of office utilities, cleaning supplies, and pantry stocks, processing replenishment orders as needed.
  • Assist in enforcing company safety and security policies, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Respond promptly to employee requests regarding facility issues, workstation setups, or office relocations.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and properly updated records of facilities-related expenses, service agreements, and warranties.
  • Assist with administrative support duties, including mail distribution and preparing meeting rooms for corporate events.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or vocational degree required; a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in facilities maintenance, office administration, or clerk roles.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various internal departments and external suppliers.
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment troubleshooting and general building maintenance (electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
  • Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle physical tasks as required in a facilities role.
