Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of office facilities, common areas, and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors, including security, cleaning, and maintenance providers, ensuring high service quality.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Coordinate and prioritize maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimizing operational disruptions.
  • Monitor and control facility budgets, including tracking expenses, processing invoices, and managing petty cash.
  • Ensure the availability of necessary office amenities, such as stationery, furniture, and equipment.
  • Prepare and submit operational reports, including attendance logs and maintenance schedules, to management.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new tenants or employees regarding building access and facilities guidelines.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in facilities coordination, property management, or building operations.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and basic carpentry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff, tenants, and vendors.
  • Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently and under pressure.
  • Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
