As our Facilities cum Safety Coordinator, you will manage day-to-day asset operations, spearhead environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives, and ensure strict compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential hazards, streamline maintenance workflows, and contribute to our commitment to safe, efficient, and sustainable operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily facilities maintenance, including preventative inspections and repairs for infrastructure and office assets.
- Ensure full compliance with all WSH (Workplace Safety and Health) regulations, guidelines, and company safety policies.
- Conduct regular site safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure service level agreements are met for building maintenance.
- Drive internal ESG initiatives to reduce energy consumption and improve waste management processes.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for safety certifications, maintenance logs, and compliance reporting.
- Organize and facilitate safety training programs and tool-box meetings for staff and contractors.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma in Facilities Management, WSH, or a related engineering field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in facilities coordination or safety supervision, preferably in the construction or industrial sector.
- Possession of a recognized WSH certification (e.g., WSH Coordinator Certificate or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of Singapore’s Workplace Safety and Health Act and building maintenance standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence safety culture at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
