Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs of building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural components
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures
- Manage maintenance inventory and order necessary supplies/equipment as needed
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or installations
- Ensure all facilities comply with safety regulations and company standards
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
- Assist in setting up and breaking down office events and meetings
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational certification in facilities maintenance preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in building maintenance or related field
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license (if required for site visits)
- Physical ability to perform hands-on tasks and work in various conditions
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
