CPG Facilities Management is currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Management Executive to join our expanding team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our educational facilities are maintained to the highest standards, creating safe and conducive learning environments for students and staff.
As part of our team, you will act as a key point of contact for school stakeholders, managing vendors, overseeing preventive maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations. This position is ideal for an organized individual who excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations and maintenance activities for assigned school premises.
- Coordinate with external contractors and service providers to ensure timely and high-quality completion of repair and maintenance works.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure adherence to health, safety, and security protocols.
- Manage operational budgets and track expenses related to facility upkeep and minor improvement projects.
- Act as the primary liaison between school administration and facility management teams to resolve operational issues promptly.
- Prepare periodic maintenance reports and documentation for management review.
- Ensure full compliance with local building codes, fire safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Estate Management, or an equivalent engineering discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in facilities management or building maintenance.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facilities management software.
- Deep understanding of Singapore’s Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
