Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all building operations and maintenance activities to ensure optimal facility performance
- Manage vendor contracts, service agreements, and third-party service providers
- Conduct regular inspections and audits for safety, compliance, and operational efficiency
- Handle tenant inquiries, service requests, and facility-related communications
- Develop, monitor, and control facility budgets and capital expenditure plans
- Prepare comprehensive reports on facility performance, maintenance activities, and financial metrics
- Coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance programs across all building systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commercial facilities management
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety)
- Proven experience in budget management and financial reporting
- Certification in facilities management (CFM, SFP) preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management
- Proficiency in CMMS software and facility management tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
