Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive facilities management strategies to ensure optimal building performance.
- Oversee all maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Manage relationships with external contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure cost-effective delivery of services.
- Ensure full compliance with local safety, health, and environmental regulations and building codes.
- Lead and mentor the facilities team to achieve operational excellence and site cleanliness standards.
- Monitor facility budgets, manage operational costs, and identify opportunities for energy efficiency and sustainability improvements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to manage space planning, office renovations, and asset tracking.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Property Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities or property management, ideally within the retail or commercial sector.
- Strong understanding of local safety regulations and statutory compliance in Sabah/Malaysia.
- Proven ability to manage vendors, contractors, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate diverse teams.
- Proficiency in facilities management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on cost-saving initiatives.
