Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive facility maintenance programs, including preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and budget constraints.
- Oversee health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
- Supervise on-site facility staff and coordinate daily administrative and operational activities.
- Monitor utility consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives to optimize operational costs.
- Handle space planning, interior renovations, and office relocations as required by client needs.
- Generate regular performance reports, including budget tracking, maintenance logs, and incident reports.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related inquiries, emergencies, and tenant concerns.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil), Property Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in facility management or building operations, preferably in a corporate or commercial setting.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, fire safety regulations, and labor laws.
- Proficiency in computer-aided facility management (CAFM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing diverse teams and external vendors.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor during high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Professional certification in Facilities Management (e.g., FMP, CFM) is a distinct advantage.
