Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs for critical infrastructure
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for facility services and supplies
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and international building standards
- Coordinate emergency response protocols and crisis management procedures
- Optimize energy consumption and implement sustainability initiatives
- Supervise facilities staff and contractors to achieve operational targets
- Monitor facility performance metrics and implement continuous improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial building operations
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and MEP systems
- Certification in Facility Management (CFM) or similar preferred
- Proven experience with preventive maintenance programs
- Expertise in vendor management and contract negotiation
- Proficiency in facility management software (e.g., CMMS)
- Excellent problem-solving and crisis management skills
