As the Facilities Manager, you will serve as the strategic backbone of our physical operations. This is not merely a role of reactive repairs; you will be responsible for implementing comprehensive maintenance frameworks that ensure the longevity, safety, and operational reliability of all assets. From sophisticated HVAC systems to intricate plumbing and electrical grids, your oversight will ensure that Hako Hotels remains a leader in boutique hospitality.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules for all 7 hotel properties within the Hako Hotels Group.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of external contractors and service providers for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works.
- Conduct regular site inspections and technical audits to ensure 100% compliance with local health, safety, and fire regulations.
- Manage the facilities budget, ensuring cost-effective procurement of supplies and high-quality maintenance services.
- Oversee defect resolution processes, ensuring all guest-facing and back-of-house issues are resolved with minimal downtime.
- Coordinate with Hotel Managers to schedule maintenance activities that minimize operational disruptions and guest impact.
- Prepare detailed monthly reports on facility status, energy consumption trends, and maintenance expenditures for senior management.
- Lead emergency response planning and ensure building security systems are fully operational across all sites.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Building Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in facility management, preferably within the hospitality or hotel sector.
- Proven track record of managing multiple sites or properties simultaneously with a focus on operational reliability.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to negotiate and manage vendor contracts and SLAs.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; strong communication skills to interact with both management and technical staff.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software (CMMS) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Willingness to travel between various hotel locations within Johor Bahru as required.
