Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily building operations and coordinate maintenance activities across all facility systems
- Manage and monitor utility systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and compliance standards
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and inspection protocols
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for repairs and new installations
- Manage facility budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation
- Conduct regular risk assessments and emergency preparedness planning
- Lead incident response activities and implement corrective actions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in facilities or building management
- In-depth knowledge of building systems, utilities, and infrastructure management
- Strong understanding of Malaysian safety regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient communication and leadership abilities to manage diverse teams
- Professional certifications such as CPM, FMP, or equivalent are advantageous
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
