Join Vault Outsourcing as our Facilities Manager (Multi-Site) and lead transformative workplace experiences across our Makati and Alabang locations. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations across Makati and Alabang facilities, including maintenance, security, and space management
- Lead a team of facilities staff, providing mentorship and performance management
- Develop and implement facility management policies, procedures, and emergency response plans
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for services like cleaning, security, and equipment maintenance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies
- Optimize facility utilization through space planning and resource allocation
- Coordinate facility improvements, renovations, and infrastructure projects
- Monitor and control operational budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management with multi-site exposure
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Expertise in facility operations, maintenance protocols, and safety compliance
- Proficiency in facility management software (e.g., CMMS, IWMS) and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of local building codes, environmental regulations, and sustainability practices
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and crisis management experience
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and vendor negotiations
