Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of facilities to ensure a smooth working environment for all occupants.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend asset lifespan.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality standards and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor and control facility operating budgets, including utility expenses and repair and maintenance (R&M) costs.
- Ensure full compliance with local safety regulations, fire codes, and environmental standards.
- Coordinate facility-related projects, including renovations, refurbishments, and space planning initiatives.
- Liaise with tenants and stakeholders to address their facility-related needs and resolve operational issues promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Facilities Management, Property Management, or Real Estate operations.
- Relevant degree or professional certification in Engineering, Architecture, or Facility Management (e.g., BIFM, IFMA).
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and fire safety protocols.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in using facility management software and MS Office Suite.
- Proven track record of managing budgets and vendor contracts.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
