We are seeking a high-caliber senior leader to serve as our Facilities & Office Administration Head (internally titled as Senior Manager – Office Operations) for our Manila Global Service Center. This is a pivotal leadership role designed for an operational expert who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard professional services environment.

As the head of Office Operations, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and daily execution of all facilities management, administrative services, and office infrastructure. Your goal is to provide a world-class working environment that reflects the firm's global prestige and supports our employees in delivering exceptional service. You will act as a key liaison between local management and global stakeholders, ensuring that our Manila operations are aligned with international standards of excellence, safety, and efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and oversee the daily operations of the Manila office, ensuring a seamless and high-standard work environment for all personnel.
  • Develop and manage the annual operational budget, focusing on cost optimization and financial transparency.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and building management to ensure service level agreements are consistently met.
  • Implement and maintain robust Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols and emergency response strategies.
  • Oversee space planning and office layout projects to maximize efficiency and support the firm’s growth.
  • Mentor and lead the Office Operations team, fostering a culture of professional excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with global IT and Security teams to ensure integrated facility security and technology infrastructure.
  • Drive sustainability initiatives within the office to align with the firm's global environmental goals.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in facilities management or office operations, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience working within a multinational corporation or a professional services firm (legal, consulting, or financial).
  • Strong financial acumen with extensive experience in budgeting and procurement.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of local building codes, labor laws, and occupational health and safety regulations in the Philippines.
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFM, FMP) are a significant advantage.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
