Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily facilities operations including maintenance, security, and utilities management
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to optimize equipment lifespan
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Manage vendor relationships for facility services and coordinate contract negotiations
- Supervise facilities staff including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
- Conduct regular facility inspections and address maintenance issues promptly
- Coordinate facility improvement projects and space utilization planning
- Manage facility budgets and control operational expenses
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities supervision or management
- Certification in Facility Management (CFM) or OSHA safety training preferred
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
- Proven experience in vendor management and contract administration
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in facility management software (e.g., CMMS, AutoCAD)
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
