Are you a results-driven leader passionate about creating exceptional environments? The SM Store is currently looking for a qualified Facilities Supervisor to join our team in Cubao. As a Facilities Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the operational excellence of our retail space. Your primary responsibility will be to check and monitor the physical condition, maintenance, and cleanliness of the building and its surroundings. You will ensure that our facilities run smoothly, safely, and efficiently, providing a seamless shopping experience for thousands of customers daily. We are looking for a proactive individual who takes ownership of facility management and can lead a team to uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
Tanggung Jawab
- Direct the daily operations of the facility, ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the store premises, including restrooms, common areas, and parking lots.
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of the building structure, HVAC systems, lighting, and fire safety equipment to identify potential hazards or maintenance needs.
- Manage the procurement and coordination of maintenance services, including repairs, renovations, and general upkeep by external contractors and in-house teams.
- Oversee the inventory management of cleaning supplies, tools, and maintenance equipment to ensure availability and cost control.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and health regulations to ensure a secure environment for employees and visitors.
- Address and resolve maintenance requests and facility complaints promptly and effectively.
- Analyze utility consumption reports and recommend strategies to improve energy efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Foster a positive work environment by providing clear instructions and feedback to facility staff.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Proven experience (minimum of 2-3 years) in a supervisory role within facilities management, property management, or a large retail environment.
- In-depth knowledge of building maintenance, including basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and delegate tasks effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English and the local dialect.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to support store operations.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks and walking long distances within the store premises.
