Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain building utility systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, and plumbing systems.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on facility equipment to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical failures in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized facility upgrades or large-scale repairs.
- Ensure full compliance with all Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations and internal safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and inventory of spare parts for facility equipment.
- Assist in facility-related improvement projects to increase operational energy efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in facility maintenance, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical wiring, control panels, and building mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, diagrams, and equipment manuals.
- Ability to work shifts and provide emergency support if required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
- Familiarity with local safety standards and environment regulations in Malaysia.
