Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate and oversee daily facility operations to ensure optimal workspace functionality.
  • Manage maintenance records and track asset lifecycles through systematic logging.
  • Generate and track work orders from initiation to completion, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the company and external service vendors/contractors.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on facility performance, costs, and maintenance schedules.
  • Monitor site safety compliance and coordinate necessary inspections.
  • Support office administration tasks as required to maintain smooth operational workflows.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in facility administration or office operations.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and facility management software.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to multitask and handle conflicting priorities in a professional manner.
  • Previous experience in vendor management or procurement is highly advantageous.
