Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily facility operations to ensure seamless logistical workflow and building functionality.
- Coordinate and manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all site equipment and infrastructure.
- Ensure full compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company protocols.
- Supervise third-party vendors, including cleaning, security, and pest control service providers.
- Conduct regular facility inspections and report potential safety hazards or maintenance issues.
- Manage inventory for facility supplies and handle space planning requirements.
- Support administrative tasks related to facility budgeting, procurement, and contract management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Facility Management, Building Services, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in facility or property management, preferably within a logistics or warehouse setting.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore building regulations and WSH requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders and vendors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Possession of a valid Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification or similar is a strong advantage.
