Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural components
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues and implement preventive measures

Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility maintenance or property management
- Technical certification in building maintenance, HVAC, or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
