Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze monthly consumption of electricity, water, and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Prepare detailed utility usage reports and present findings to management for strategic planning.
- Conduct routine inspections of building infrastructure and mechanical systems to identify potential issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC units and electrical equipment to prevent downtime.
- Coordinate with external vendors for necessary repairs and emergency maintenance services.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
- Manage inventory of maintenance tools and supplies to ensure readiness for operations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in facility maintenance, HVAC, or general building upkeep.
- Basic knowledge of reading electrical schematics, meters, and utility data.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare clear, data-driven reports.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor tasks, including climbing ladders or working in confined spaces.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
