- Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and functionality of all organizational facilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive security protocols and safety procedures
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements

- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and sustainability practices
- Lead and mentor the facilities management team

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in facility management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in security management, vendor coordination, and budget control
- Certifications in Facility Management (e.g., CFM) or project management preferred
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Advanced proficiency in facility management software (CMMS) and data analytics tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in corporate or technology sector environments
