Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety equipment
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues and implement preventive maintenance measures
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance services
- Manage and respond to facility-related emergencies and service requests in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment performance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Assist in energy management initiatives to optimize building efficiency
- Collaborate with the management team to implement facility improvement projects
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Facility Management, Building Maintenance, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in facility management or building maintenance
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety
- Certification in relevant trades (e.g., electrical, plumbing) is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Valid driver's license is preferred
