Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily operational maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in stores.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance checks to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve facility-related issues promptly to minimize operational downtime.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs, installations, and servicing.
- Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and report stock requirements to the Facility Manager.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, company policies, and environmental standards.
- Document all maintenance activities, work orders, and submit regular performance reports.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in facility maintenance, preferably within the retail or commercial sector.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, fire safety, and general plumbing infrastructure.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive work ethic.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Valid driver’s license (preferable).
