Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall condition of the facility and production areas.
- Assist in the coordination of incoming and outgoing goods to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Perform routine inspections of equipment and machinery to identify maintenance needs.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, health protocols, and company policies.
- Support the manufacturing team by providing necessary tools, materials, and supplies.
- Report any facility damage or operational inefficiencies to the supervisor immediately.
- Participate in safety drills and maintain a positive, collaborative team environment.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (D3/S1 in Engineering or related fields is a plus).
- Previous experience in facility management, warehouse operations, or manufacturing support is preferred.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety standards (SOP) and hygiene protocols.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Physically fit to perform the duties of the role, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to use operational software.
