Join Mayora Indah's finance team as a Factory Accounting Supervisor and become a key driver of our manufacturing financial excellence. In this critical role, you'll oversee cost accounting operations for our production facilities, ensuring accurate financial reporting and inventory management. You'll lead strategic initiatives including COGS/COGM calculations, stocktaking processes, and annual budget preparation while supervising a dedicated accounting team. This position offers the opportunity to optimize factory financial operations and contribute directly to our company's profitability goals in a dynamic FMCG environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead calculation and analysis of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM)
- Oversee physical inventory counts and valuation processes
- Prepare monthly financial reports for factory operations
- Develop and monitor annual factory budgets
- Supervise and mentor factory accounting team members
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal control policies
- Collaborate with production and procurement departments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (S1 Akuntansi)
- 5+ years in cost accounting, preferably in manufacturing
- Expertise in inventory valuation methods
- Advanced Excel and ERP system proficiency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Leadership experience with team management
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations
