Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily palm oil processing operations including sterilization, clarification, and drying stages
- Support machinery maintenance activities through routine inspections and basic troubleshooting
- Monitor production parameters to ensure quality standards and operational efficiency
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Document production data and report equipment malfunctions to supervisors
- Coordinate with quality control teams for product sampling and testing
- Participate in factory cleanliness initiatives and waste management procedures
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in mechanical/technical fields
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance
- Basic understanding of palm oil processing machinery and operations
- Proficiency in using hand tools and diagnostic equipment
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and environmental standards
- Ability to work in physically demanding conditions and shift schedules
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
