Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze factory performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities
- Implement and maintain quality control systems ensuring regulatory compliance
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to uphold quality standards
- Develop and execute training programs for staff on quality protocols
- Generate performance reports with actionable recommendations for management
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure raw material quality consistency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing operations or quality management
- Proven track record in implementing continuous improvement programs
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma preferred
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
