Stella International is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Factory Key Representative (FKR) to join our dynamic team in Sukoharjo, Jawa Tengah. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary liaison between our manufacturing operations and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and operational excellence.
As a Factory Key Representative, you will be responsible for overseeing factory performance, enforcing strict quality compliance standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across all production lines. You will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), resolve operational bottlenecks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall efficiency. Your ability to communicate fluently in Mandarin will be crucial in navigating complex supply chains and aligning with international partners.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and evaluate daily factory performance metrics to ensure production targets are met efficiently.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality compliance standards and international manufacturing regulations.
- Act as the primary communication bridge between factory management and Mandarin-speaking partners/suppliers.
- Lead and facilitate continuous improvement (Kaizen) projects to optimize production processes.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks or quality issues in real-time.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management and external stakeholders.
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing strict safety protocols and compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) with a strong business communication background.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar manufacturing or operational role.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate cross-functional teams.
