We seek a Mandarin-speaking logistics expert to optimize our end-to-end processes, from raw material procurement to finished goods distribution. - Oversee entire logistics operations including inventory, warehousing, and distribution
- Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with production schedules
- Manage supplier relationships and coordinate material transportation
- Optimize supply chain processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency
- Lead logistics team and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Monitor KPIs and prepare regular performance reports
- Coordinate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in logistics management within manufacturing
- Fluent Mandarin and English communication skills
- Experience with ERP systems and logistics software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven leadership experience in cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of Indonesian customs and import/export regulations
