Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, plan, organize, and control all daily factory operations to ensure production targets are met efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize production output, quality, and safety standards.
- Manage the factory budget, resource allocation, and inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Oversee the maintenance of machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations and standards (e.g., ISO).
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate factory staff, fostering a high-performance culture and promoting professional development.
- Implement continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma to enhance processes and reduce operational costs.
- Report regularly on production performance, efficiency metrics, and propose corrective actions as needed to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical), Operations Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in factory management or a senior production leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of success in optimizing production processes, improving efficiency, and reducing operational costs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- In-depth knowledge of production planning, quality control systems, supply chain management, and inventory control.
- Familiarity with relevant Indonesian industrial regulations, health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Proficiency in using manufacturing software and ERP systems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
