Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets and quality standards are met
- Manage and develop production teams through effective leadership and performance coaching
- Implement process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and industry standards
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to maintain smooth material flow
- Monitor KPIs and implement data-driven strategies for continuous improvement
- Lead budget planning and cost control initiatives for manufacturing operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing management with proven leadership
- Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control systems, and lean methodologies
- Experience with budget management, cost analysis, and operational efficiency metrics
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments
- Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in ERP/MES systems and manufacturing software
