Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all plant operations to ensure production targets are met efficiently and safely
- Implement and maintain quality control systems to meet industry standards
- Lead and develop production teams through coaching, training, and performance management
- Optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity and reduce operational costs
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain for material availability
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations with 2+ years in leadership
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and quality control methodologies
- Proven track record in team management and production process optimization
- Excellent problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English
