Oriental Yuhong is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Factory Manager Assistant to join our dynamic manufacturing operations in Cikarang. Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Factory Manager and various production departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Translate technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and verbal communications between Mandarin-speaking management and local staff.
- Assist in the daily monitoring of production schedules, quality control standards, and output targets.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on factory performance, material consumption, and labor efficiency for executive review.
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings, manage calendars, and follow up on action items to ensure deadlines are met.
- Support the Factory Manager in administrative tasks, including HR coordination, safety compliance reporting, and supply chain oversight.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest proactive solutions to improve manufacturing productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Mandarin (HSK 5/6 equivalent) and Indonesian/English.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in a multinational company.
- Strong understanding of factory operations, lean manufacturing principles, and quality management systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP software experience is a plus.
- High level of integrity, professional maturity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced industrial setting.
