As our Planning Supervisor, you will lead the coordination of production workflows, monitor inventory levels, and manage delivery timelines to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to align with customer demand forecasts.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Monitor production output against plans and identify bottlenecks, implementing corrective actions immediately.
- Manage shipping schedules and logistics planning to ensure on-time delivery to international clients.
- Analyze production performance metrics and generate reports for management review.
- Optimize resource allocation and shift scheduling to maximize operational efficiency.
- Lead and mentor production planning staff to improve team productivity and accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production planning or material control within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of supply chain, demand planning, and inventory management principles.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively between departments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight shipping deadlines.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
