We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Senior Operations Director to spearhead our high-impact manufacturing and plant operations in Pasir Gudang. This is a critical leadership role for a candidate with a proven track record in end-to-end project completion, large-scale plant commissioning, and strategic facility management. Ideally, you bring deep expertise within the Food Processing, FMCG, or Plant-Based industry, ensuring operational excellence, safety compliance, and high-efficiency output.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the entire project lifecycle, from facility commissioning and equipment installation to full-scale operational production.
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to maximize plant output, quality, and safety standards.
- Manage end-to-end plant operations, ensuring compliance with global food safety regulations and ISO standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to minimize downtime, reduce operational costs, and increase manufacturing efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and build high-performance teams across engineering, production, and facility maintenance departments.
- Oversee operational budgets, capital expenditures (CAPEX), and resource planning to ensure profitability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new processes and technology in a food processing/FMCG context.
- Ensure all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies are strictly adhered to across the site.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical) or Operations Management; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in senior operational roles within the FMCG or Food Processing industries.
- Demonstrable experience in managing large-scale greenfield or brownfield plant commissioning projects.
- Strong technical understanding of food processing machinery, automated production lines, and plant utilities.
- Proven ability to lead large, diverse teams in a high-pressure manufacturing environment.
- Deep knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English and Malay.
- Strong background in local regulatory requirements for food processing and industrial operations.
