We are seeking an experienced Head of Workshop to lead our production operations in Balikpapan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing loading plans, production scheduling, and efficient allocation of machinery and manpower resources based on Work Orders (WO). This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of workshop operations to ensure timely and cost-effective production. The Head of Workshop will collaborate with various departments to optimize workflow, maintain high safety standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement loading plans and production schedules to meet Work Order requirements
- Allocate machinery and manpower resources efficiently to ensure optimal productivity
- Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
- Lead and mentor workshop staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
- Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., procurement, maintenance) to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain accurate records of production activities and resource utilization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a workshop or production environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Strong knowledge of machinery and equipment operations and maintenance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in production management software and MS Office applications
