Join Tripacific Electrindo as a Factory Manager and lead our electronics manufacturing operations to new heights. This pivotal role requires strategic oversight of all factory functions including production lines, injection molding processes, maintenance operations, and warehouse logistics. You will drive operational excellence, optimize manufacturing workflows, and ensure compliance with international quality standards while managing a diverse team of production professionals. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in electronics manufacturing leadership, with the ability to balance productivity targets with cost efficiency and safety protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end factory operations including production, injection molding, maintenance, and warehouse management
- Develop and implement strategic production plans to meet quality targets and delivery deadlines
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain ISO/IEC standards in all manufacturing processes
- Manage departmental budgets and control operational costs while maintaining quality standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and quality assurance
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in electronics manufacturing with 3+ years in managerial roles
- Proven experience with injection molding processes and production line optimization
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other quality management systems
- Expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Advanced leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams of 50+ personnel
- Proficiency in ERP systems and manufacturing software (SAP, Oracle)
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
