Tanggung Jawab

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in garment manufacturing management
- Strong knowledge of garment production techniques and machinery
- Proven leadership skills with ability to manage diverse teams
- Expertise in production planning, quality control, and lean manufacturing
- Proficiency in factory management software and ERP systems

- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
