Tanggung Jawab
- Execute end-to-end order processing from receipt to delivery
- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfillment
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment requests
- Resolve order discrepancies and fulfillment delays proactively
- Maintain accurate transaction records and documentation
- Analyze order data to identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with logistics partners for efficient shipping
- Communicate order status updates to stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in order management or supply chain operations
- Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems and MS Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of inventory control principles
- Customer service orientation with conflict resolution abilities
- Diploma or degree in supply chain management preferred
