Oriental Yuhong is a global leader in the manufacturing industry, and we are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Factory Procurement Specialist to join our expanding team in Cikarang. In this role, you will play a critical part in our supply chain operations, ensuring the seamless acquisition of raw materials and services necessary for our high-output manufacturing processes.
The ideal candidate is a fluent Mandarin speaker who can effectively bridge communication between our Indonesian factory operations and our headquarters. You will be responsible for vendor negotiation, cost analysis, and maintaining high standards of procurement efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for raw materials and industrial components.
- Liaise between local Indonesian factory teams and Chinese headquarters to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Conduct rigorous market research and vendor benchmarking to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality standards.
- Negotiate terms, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs) with both local and international suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production planning to prevent stockouts.
- Prepare comprehensive procurement reports, including spend analysis and cost-saving metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Mandarin proficiency (HSK 5 or equivalent) is strictly required for international reporting and negotiation.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in factory procurement, supply chain, or manufacturing logistics.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of cost reduction.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge cultural and linguistic gaps.
