Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making for factory operations and supply chain management
- Analyze financial performance data and provide insights to commercial and plant teams
- Monitor and control operational costs, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to optimize supply chain processes
- Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls across factory operations
- Lead financial aspects of supply chain initiatives, including vendor negotiations and contract analysis
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or ACCA certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial control, preferably in manufacturing or supply chain environments
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify trends
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel functions for financial analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and cost optimization strategies
- Proven track record of implementing financial improvements and driving operational efficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
