Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver engaging and high-quality instruction in various accounting disciplines, including Financial Accounting, Taxation, Auditing, and Management Advisory Services.
- Develop and update course syllabi, lesson plans, and instructional materials to reflect current industry standards and regulatory changes.
- Provide academic advising and mentorship to students, assisting them with career planning and board exam preparation.
- Facilitate formative and summative assessments, providing timely and constructive feedback to drive student performance.
- Participate in departmental meetings, accreditation activities, and curriculum development initiatives.
- Engage in scholarly research, community extension services, and professional development activities as required by the university.
- Collaborate with faculty peers to enhance the overall learning experience and integrate modern teaching technologies.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a valid PRC license.
- Minimum of a Master's degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or a related field (or currently pursuing a relevant Master's degree).
- Strong professional experience in public practice, industry, or taxation is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- A demonstrated passion for teaching, mentorship, and lifelong learning.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital productivity tools.
- Ability to adapt to various teaching modalities, including face-to-face and blended learning environments.
