You'll manage complex farm financial systems, ensuring accurate cost tracking for poultry production, feed procurement, and livestock management. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain financial records for poultry farm operations including cost tracking, inventory valuation, and expense reconciliation
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports for farm-level performance
- Coordinate with farm managers to monitor production costs, feed efficiency, and operational budgets
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls for agricultural transactions
- Assist in budget preparation and forecasting for farm expansion projects
- Collaborate with the central accounting team on month-end closing processes
- Implement and optimize financial systems specific to agricultural operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Agricultural Economics
- Minimum 2 years of experience in farm/agricultural accounting or cost accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and tax regulations
- Knowledge of poultry industry operations and agricultural cost structures
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently in remote farm locations while maintaining reporting deadlines
